VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES
In certain business conditions it is advisable for an offshore company to have more that just the "minimum local presence" in the country of registration. In active business applications, the IBC might well use what's called a "virtual office facility" - an advanced communications services package. This may include a full address for business correspondence, telephone and fax numbers, mail and fax forwarding service, document re-mailing and call handling service. These services would provide Your offshore company with a more comprehensive "ground presence" in the country of incorporation, giving the company a more "bricks and mortar" appearance in active trading situations.

The following is a brief description of the virtual office / communications services, as provided by Fidelity Corporate Services Ltd in the British Virgin Islands.

Any of the services mentioned herein are only provided to active BVI Business Companies for which Fidelity Corporate Services Ltd provides the service of the Registered Agent and Address. Provision of any of these services will be ceased immediately and without notice if the company loses the status of good standing or changes its Registered Agent to another service provider.

Mail and Fax Forwarding Service

The company will be provided with a street address and PO Box address, and a domestic fax number in the BVI. All mail or fax correspondence addressed to the Company will be forwarded to the address, as indicated by the client. Method (mail, courier, fax, email) and frequency of forwarding can be chosen by the client. Apart from the fixed annual service fee, handling costs and charges are applicable, depending in the method of forwarding chosen and the volume of correspondence.

The address and fax numbers provided to a client company under this service will usually be shared between several client companies. Forwarding service will only be provided for correspondence that can be clearly identified as addressed to the Company.

Document Re-Mailing Service

This service enables You to send out Your commercial documents (for example, invoices or commercial offerings) from Your company's office in the BVI. Such documents shall be sent to us in electronic format (doc or pdf) with respective intended recipients and their postal addresses clearly indicated in the body of such documents. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, we will not provide signatures on any such documents. Documents will be printed "as is" and mailed as indicated. We will not distribute documents in pre-sealed envelopes. In addition to the fixed annual service fee, handling charges will be applied to each outgoing unit of correspondence (letter or package).

Call Handling Service

A shared domestic telephone line (different and separate from our normal business lines) will be used to take calls and telephone messages on behalf of Your company in the BVI. This service enables You to show a local telephone number in Your letterheads and stationery. The call handling service is only available during the official business hours in the British Virgin Islands.

Same telephone line will be used to provide the call handling service to a reasonable amount of unrelated companies. While the incoming call will not be answered in Your company name, we will confirm upon request that the caller has reached the BVI office of Your company and will request caller to state his business and leave his particulars. We will offer to take message and, if such message is provided, it will be forwarded to You by email or other method of communication.

We will normally not engage into any interactive and detailed business communication on behalf of Your company over the telephone, and we will not make any representations or statements as regards Your company's business. All calls may be recorded for further reference purposes.

GENERAL MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION FEES

Responsibility fee to obtain nominee signature on specific documents at clients' request (contract, forms, applications, resolutions, letters, invoices and similar) - per signature

Miscellaneous non-standard work in relation to recurring company management as carried out by a senior member of staff as and when specifically requested by client - amendments to standard wordings of Memorandum and Articles, preparation of special powers of attorney, preparation and issue of specific legal and commercial documents, correspondence, responses to third-party inquiries, and similar. Miscellaneous work generally priced at $ 250 per hour.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The only ground of payment is an official invoice. Please do not remit any payment before all order/renewal details are clarified and a detailed services invoice is issued.

Unless specificically agreed otherwise, full payment is required before any services are provided.

Payment deadlines, as indicated in the invoice, must be met. Late payments for company renewal will result in imposition of additional fines by the Government and will require additional cost to reinstatethe company in good standing.

Payment can be made by Bank Wire Transfer or by a Credit Card. If you wish to pay by any alternative method, please consult with our staff on availability and conditions.

For payments by bank wire transfers - our bank account details will be provided in the invoice. All remitting bank charges and intermediary bank charges must be borne be the remitter. Please ensure that you tick "All Charges Paid By Remitter" when submitting payment order to your bank. Receipt of an incomplete amount will result in no work done on the respective order until full payment.

The standard currency for payment is US Dollars.
