Nominee Director
A Singapore Private Limited Company requires at least one individual local director, who has to an ordinary resident of Singapore, that is, Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or a person holding a Singapore Employment Pass.

We may provide a local director for your Singapore incorporated company if you have difficulty finding one for your company. For this nominee directory service, we require a refundable security deposit of S$6,000 and a suitable indemnity is given by the company to protect our nominee director(s).

Nominee Shareholder
A Singapore Private Limited Company must have at least one shareholder, be it an individual or a corporation. One of our officers may act as a nominee on behalf of the beneficial owner with a Declaration of Trust provided for your peace of mind.

Nominee Agent
The Companies Act requires a foreign company to appoint 2 local agents in Singapore to act on behalf of the company. The agents must be ordinarily resident in Singapore, that is, Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents or persons holding an employment pass. We will be able to provide if required.

Offshore Nominee
We provide Corporate Director(s), Corporate Shareholder(s), and Corporate Secretary for offshore companies at US$ 800 per year, per appointment. There is also a refundable deposit of US$ 500 for each appointment.
